Disconnect a platform
Open PostSpring, go to Settings, select the connected platform, and choose Disconnect. This removes PostSpring’s connection token.
Delete in the app
Open PostSpring and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Review the explanation, then choose Permanently delete account. You do not need to contact support.
What deletion covers
PostSpring deletes your account record, connected-account tokens, stored profile details, and temporary media. We retain only limited information required for accounting, legal compliance, security, or resolving a dispute, and remove identifying information when no longer needed. Delete published posts through the relevant social platform.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings to prevent future renewal.
